Man­age­ment 3.0 start­ed out as a book writ­ten by lead­er­ship guru Jur­gen Appe­lo in 2010. Man­age­ment 3.0 is now a glob­al man­age­ment move­ment.

The future of man­age­ment is being facil­i­tat­ed through hands-on work­shops that offer games, tools and best prac­tices that project man­agers, team lead­ers, mid­dle man­age­ment and C-lev­el execs can take back and use imme­di­ate­ly to start increas­ing employ­ee engage­ment and insti­gat­ing change man­age­ment.

This Man­age­ment 3.0 course is focused on inspir­ing peo­ple and giv­ing team mem­bers and man­agers alike the tools to trans­form their work­place. Man­age­ment 3.0 is redefin­ing the role of man­age­ment and lead­er­ship to enable peo­ple to achieve their goals, work togeth­er in the most effec­tive way pos­si­ble, and flour­ish togeth­er in a hap­py and inno­v­a­tive work envi­ron­ment.

Dur­ing the course, par­tic­i­pants will back up the­o­ry with prac­tice in small chunks, par­tic­i­pate in fun games and exer­cis­es, share sto­ries from their own expe­ri­ence, and dis­cuss in groups about how to apply their new­ly gained knowl­edge back in their work­place.
