This four-day cour­se will prepa­re you to lead an en­ter­pri­se Agi­le trans­for­ma­ti­on by le­ver­aging the Sca­led Agi­le Frame­work® (SAFe®). The first two days of the cour­se Lea­ding SAFe pro­vi­de the ba­sis to teach SAFe to lea­ders. The fi­nal two days fo­cus ex­clu­si­ve­ly on what it ta­kes to suc­cessful­ly im­ple­ment SAFe in the enterprise.

Cer­ti­fy as a SAFe Prac­ti­se Con­sul­tant (SPC) and be­co­me the Lean-Agi­le Ch­an­ge Agent that leads the SAFe Trans­for­ma­ti­on in the En­ter­pri­se. This is a not-to-be-missed op­por­tu­ni­ty to get qua­li­fied in one of the most ra­pidly ad­opted frame­works for the Lean Agi­le en­ter­pri­se today.
