This 2‑day SAFe POPM trai­ning be­g­ins with the prin­ci­ples of SAFe and the Lean-Agi­le mind­set. You will then learn about the role of the Pro­duct Ma­na­ger and Pro­duct Ow­ner in a SAFe en­vi­ron­ment. Agi­le re­qui­re­ments, back­log ma­nage­ment and fea­tures are dis­cus­sed. An­o­ther im­portant to­pic of this work­shop is stake­hol­der management.
